Chapter 36.--HOTELS, LODGINGHOUSES AND RESTAURANTS
Article 2.--LIENS OF HOTEL AND LODGINGHOUSE KEEPERS

      36-208.   Credit agreements.The provisions of K.S.A. 36-206 and 36-207 shall not apply where there hasbeen an agreement in writing fordelay in payment for a period not to exceed sixty days.
