Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      38-111.   When minors may be excluded from courtroom during trials orhearings.During the trial of an action or the hearing of any proceeding orexamination in which vulgar, obscene or immoral evidence is elicited orproduced, the police judge trying the case or the judge of the district courthearing the proceeding or examination, may expel and exclude any or allminors from the courtroom and place of trial or hearing.
