Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 10.--INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES

      38-1009.   Same; effective date.This act shall take effect and be in forcefrom and after the later of July 1, 2004, or upon enactment into law by the35th state and its publication in the statute book.
