Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1363.   Enforcement of registereddetermination.(UCCJEA 306). (a) A court of this state may grant any reliefnormally available under the law of this state to enforce a registeredchild-custody determination made by a court of another state.

      (b)   A court of this state shall recognize and enforce, but may not modify,except in accordance with K.S.A. 38-1348 through 38-1357 and amendmentsthereto, aregistered child-custody determination of a court of another state.
