Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1370.   Recognition and enforcement.(UCCJEA 313). A court of this state shall accord fullfaith and credit to an order issued by another state and consistent withthis act which enforces a child-custody determination by a court ofanother state unless the order has been vacated, stayed, or modified by acourt having jurisdiction to do so under K.S.A. 38-1348 through 38-1357 andamendments thereto.
