Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1371.   Appeals.(UCCJEA 314). An appeal may be taken from a final order in aproceeding under K.S.A. 38-1358 through 38-1374 and amendments thereto, inaccordancewith expedited appellate procedures in other civil cases. Unless the courtenters a temporary emergency order under K.S.A. 38-1351 and amendments thereto,theenforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child-custody determinationpending appeal.
