Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1373.   Role of law enforcement.(UCCJEA 316). At the request of a prosecutor actingunder K.S.A. 38-1372 and amendments thereto, a law enforcement officer maytake any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a partyand assist a prosecutor with responsibilities under K.S.A. 38-1372 andamendments thereto.
