Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1376.   Severability clause.(UCCJEA 402). If any provision of this act or itsapplication to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity doesnot affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this act are severable.
