Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 13a.--CHILD ABDUCTION PREVENTION

      38-13a10.   Duration of abduction preventionorder.An abduction prevention order remains in effect until theearliest of:

      (1)   the time stated in the order;

      (2)   the emancipation of the child;

      (3)   the child's attaining 18 years of age; or

      (4)   the time the order is modified, revoked, vacated, or superseded by acourt withjurisdiction under K.S.A. 38-1348, 38-1349 and 38-1350, and amendments thereto.
