Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 20.--INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR CHILDREN

38-2005. Same; contracts.The secretary shall enter into contracts as deemed appropriateto carry out the provisions of this act. Administrative services under thisprogram shall be contracted with private entities. Nothing in this actprecludes the secretary from entering into a contract with the agencymedicaid management information system fiscal agent.
