Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 20.--INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR CHILDREN

38-2010. Severability.If any provision or clause of this act or application thereof toany person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affectthe other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis act are declared to be severable.
