Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

38-2257. Permanency planning atdisposition.If a child is placed outside the child'shome at the dispositional hearing and no permanency plan is made a part of therecord of thehearing, a written permanency plan shall be prepared pursuant to K.S.A. 2009Supp. 38-2263, and amendmentsthereto.
