Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

      38-2342.   Issuance of warrants.The court may issue a warrant commanding the juvenile betaken into custody ifthere is probable cause to believe: (a) That an offense was committed and itwas committed bythe juvenile; (b) the juvenile violated probation, conditional release,conditions of release orplacement; or (c) the juvenile has escaped from a facility. The warrant shalldesignate where or towhom the juvenile is to be taken if the court is not open for the regularconduct of business. Thewarrant shall describe the offense or violation charged in the complaint or theapplicablecircumstances of the juvenile's absconding or escaping.
