Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-327.   Recommendations by child placing agency; preplacement study orsupervision of home.Any child placing agency having a child in foster care or institutionalcare may recommend to the secretary support of the adoption of such childand may include in its recommendation any other information likely toassist the secretary in carrying out the functions vested in him by thisact. Such agency may be retained by the secretary to make the requiredreplacement study or supervision of the prospective adoptive home.
