Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-337.   Compact administrator; appointment; duties.Pursuant to the compact, the governor may designate an officerwho shall be the compact administrator and who, acting jointly with similarofficers of other party states, shall adopt rules and regulations to carryout more effectively the terms of the compact. The compact administratorshall serve subject to the pleasure of the governor. The compactadministrator shall cooperate with all departments, agencies and officersof this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the properadministration of the compact or of any supplementary agreement oragreements entered into by this state hereunder.
