Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-511.   Land and buildings for farm.In every county containing a city the population of which is notless than 70,000, the board of county commissioners may, as hereinafterprovided, procure the necessary ground within the county anderect and maintain suitable buildings and improvements for a juvenile farmfor boys under 16 years of age who are deprived, wayward, miscreant, delinquent,children in need of care or juvenile offenders.
