Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-541.   Youth camps for children under 18; board of directors.The boards of county commissioners of any two (2) or more countiesjointly may provide a youth camp or home for the purpose of caring forchildren under eighteen (18) years of age who are in the custody of thejudge of the district court or other courts of records.

      Control of the youth camp or home shall be under a board of directorscomposed of the members of the boards of county commissioners of theparticipating counties and the judge of the district court of one of suchcounties to be selected by the county commissioner members of such board.
