Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 10.--DAY CARE PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY RETARDED AND HANDICAPPED CHILDREN

      39-1001.   Purpose of act.The purpose of this act shall be to aid in development, maintenance,improvement or expansion of day care programs for the mentally retarded andother handicapped children in this state.
