Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 10.--DAY CARE PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY RETARDED AND HANDICAPPED CHILDREN

      39-1006.   Day care programs defined.Day care programs shall be those which provide day service fordevelopment in self-help, social, recreational, and work skills formentally retarded and other handicapped persons, giving priority toproviding services for the severely and young retarded or handicapped.
