Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 14.--REPORTING ABUSE, NEGLECT OR EXPLOITATION OF CERTAIN PERSONS

      39-1440.   Same; review subsequent to authorization of protectiveservices; continuation of protective services; reevaluations.Subsequent to the authorization for the provision of necessaryprotective services, the secretary shall initiate a review of each casewithin 60 days to determine where continuation of, or modificationin, theservices provided is warranted. A decision to continue the provision ofsuch services shall comply with the consent provisions of this act. Reevaluations of the need for protective services shall be made not lessthan every six months thereafter.
