Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 17.--CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, FAMILIES; INTERAGENCY PROVISION OF SERVICES

      39-1703.   System of regional interagency councils; establishment; purpose;rules and regulations.There is hereby established a system of regional interagencycouncils to coordinate or assure delivery of services for children andadolescents who require multiplelevels and kinds of specialized services which are beyond the capability of oneagency. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall adopt rulesand regulations to implement the provisions of this act.
