Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 7.--SOCIAL WELFARE

      39-719c.   Proof deemed prima facie evidence assistance unlawfullyreceived.In any action or proceeding for the recovery of assistance paid to analleged ineligible recipient of assistance, proof that the recipient ofassistance possesses or did possess property or income which does or wouldhave rendered him ineligible to receive such assistance shall be deemedprima facie evidence that such assistance was unlawfully received.
