Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 7.--SOCIAL WELFARE

      39-751.   Program for home maintenance; duties of secretary of socialand rehabilitation services.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall herebyestablish, maintain and improve, within the limits of funds appropriatedtherefor, including any grants or funds received from federal agencies andother sources, a program, the purpose of which shall be to aid the aged,the physically disabled and needy families in maintaining and repairingtheir respective homes. The secretary shall establish standards todetermine the eligibility of persons to receive such aid. Such programshall be initially implemented for a period of one year in any countyhaving a population of more than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) andless than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000).
