Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 7.--SOCIAL WELFARE

      39-784.   Fees for providing home health services forrecipients served under medicaid home and community based services program;disposition; SRS temporary deposit fund.(a) The secretary of social and rehabilitation services is herebyauthorized to fix, charge and collect reasonable fees for providing homecare services to recipients served under the medicaid home and communitybased services program.

      (b)   All moneys received for fees collected pursuant to subsection (a)shall be remitted to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto.Upon receipt ofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamountin the state treasury to thecredit of the SRS temporarydeposit fund.
