Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 7.--SOCIAL WELFARE

      39-7,116.   Definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Restrictive drug formulary" means a list of prescription-only drugsestablished by the department whichexcludes in whole or in part reimbursement by the departmentfor such drugs under a program administered by thedepartment.

      (b)   The words and phrases used in this section shall have the samemeanings as are ascribed to such words and phrases under K.S.A. 65-1626 andamendments thereto.

      (c)   "Physician" means a person licensed to practice medicine and surgery.

      (d)   "Authority" means the Kansas health policyauthority established byK.S.A. 2009 Supp.75-7401, and amendments thereto.
