Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 7.--SOCIAL WELFARE

      39-7,129.   Same; compliance with child immunization and vaccinationrequirements for continuing eligibility for aid.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shalladjust, by rules and regulations, the programrequirements for aid to families with dependent children provided through thedepartment of social and rehabilitation services to include requirementsthat, as a condition for continued eligibility for aid to families withdependent children, the family comply with laws providing for immunization andvaccination of children attending school, a child care facility or a family daycare home. The secretary of health and environment shall provide to thesecretary of social and rehabilitation services current information on therequirements of these laws which relate to the immunization and vaccination ofchildren.
