Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-926.   License required to operate home; compliance with regulations.It shall be unlawful for any person or persons acting jointly or severally tooperate an adult care home within this state except upon license first had andobtained for that purpose from the secretary of aging as the licensingagency upon application madetherefor as provided in this act, and compliance with the requirements,standards, rules and regulations, promulgated under its provisions.
