Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-937.   Compliance with other laws and regulations.All pertinent laws of this state and lawfully adopted ordinances andrules and regulations shall be strictly complied with in the operation ofany adult care home in this state.
