Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-943.   Penalties.Any person operating an adult care home in this state without a licenseunder this law shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not morethan $100, or by imprisonment in the county jail fora period of not more than six months, or by both such fine andimprisonment. Any person who shall violate any other provision of this actor the requirements of any rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shallbe guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof be punished bya fine of not more than $100, or by imprisonment inthe county jail for a period of not more than six months, or by bothsuch fine and imprisonment.
