39-944. Injunctions and other process.Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the secretary ofaging, as the licensing agency, in themanner provided by the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions, may maintain an action in the name of the state of Kansas forinjunction or other process against any person or agency to restrain or preventthe operation of an adult care home without a license under this act.
