Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-949.   Disposition of moneys.All civil penalties collected pursuant to the provisionsof this act shall be deposited in the state general fund.
