Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-953b.   Annual report of violations resulting in issuance ofcorrection orders and civil penalties.(a) The secretary shall issue annually to each adult care home a reportsummarizing by category of licensure, violation and frequency of occurrencethose violations which have resulted in the issuance of correction ordersand civil penalties within the preceding twelve-month period.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the adult carehome licensure act.
