Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

39-955. Filing application for receivership; contents.The application for receivership shall be filed in the districtcourt in the county where the adult care home is located. The applicationshall be verified and set forth the specific reasons therefor.
