Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

39-962. Supervision of district court; final accounting; removal.The receiver shall be subject to the supervision of the districtcourt. The receiver shall file a final accounting with the district courtupon the termination of the receivership. The receiver shall be subjectto removal by the district court for good cause.
