Article 9.--ADULT CARE HOMES

      39-969.   Criminalhistory record information.(a) The secretary of health and environmentshall upon request receive from the Kansas bureau of investigation, withoutcharge, such criminal history record information relating to criminalconvictions as necessary for the purpose of determining initial and continuingqualifications of an operator.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the adult care homelicensure act.
