Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 1.--INSURANCE DEPARTMENT

      40-107.   Oath of commissioner.Before entering upon the duties of his office the commissioner ofinsurance shall take the proper official oath, which shall be filed andrecorded in the office of the secretary of state.
