Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 12.--MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANIES OTHER THAN LIFE

40-1221. Same; approval by commissioner.The commissioner of insurance shall examine the application andaccompanying papers, and, if he finds the same to be in accordance with theprovisions of this act and not inconsistent with the laws and theconstitutions of this state and the United States and not injurious to theinterests of the policyholders and creditors of such companies, he shallendorse his approval thereon.
