Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

40-212. Credit for reinsured risks.In considering the liabilities of any insurance company organized underthe laws of any government or state other than one of the United States, itshall not be credited with risks reinsured, except for such risks as arereinsured in companies doing business in the United States, and which areor might, under the statutes of this state, be permitted to do business inthis state.
