Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-217.   Contents of policies of foreign company.The policies of any insurance company not organized under the laws ofthis state may, with the approval of the commissioner of insurance, containany provision which the laws of the state, territory, district, or countryunder which the company is organized require in such policies, and thepolicies of any insurance company organized under the law of this state,may, when issued or delivered in any other state, territory, district, orcountry, contain any provisions required by the laws of the state,territory, district or country in which the same are issued or delivered.
