Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-219.   Failure of company to pay judgment.Whenever any insurance company shall become liable to pay any loss toany person in this state, and shall neglect or refuse for three monthsafter final judgment to pay the same, there being no appeal pending, and nosupersedeas bond filed, the company may be enjoined from doing any businessin this state until the judgment is fully paid.
