Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-220.   Action against insurance company to be brought in this state;injunction.It shall be unlawful for any person who is a resident of this state tobring or maintain any action arising in this state, at law or in equity,against any insurance company organized under the laws of this state exceptin some court of competent jurisdiction of this state; and any suchinsurance company shall be entitled to a writ of injunction against themaintenance of any such action and against the enforcement of any judgmentwhich may be procured in violation of this section.
