Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-223b.   Same; compensation and expenses of examiners.Any person or persons who shall conduct a securities audit or annualstatement examinations under the provisions of this act shall beregularly employed examiners and shall receive as full compensation fortheir services the amount provided by K.S.A. 40-223 togetherwith such necessary and actual expenses for traveling and subsistence asshall be incurred in and on account of the performance of such services.For the purposes of this act, "necessary and actual expenses" shall belimited as provided in K.S.A. 75-3207 which pertain toofficial travel outside the state.
