Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-223g.   Same; payments from revolving fund.At such monthly intervals as he deems necessary and subject to thelimitations applicable to this act, the commissioner shall certify theamount of enrollment fees, compensation and expense reimbursement due on avoucher to the director of accounts and reports for payment of such amount.Upon receipt of such voucher, properly executed, the director of accountsand reports shall issue his warrant to the state treasurer for the paymentout of the revolving fund provided for by this act.
