Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

40-241k. Rules and regulations; establishing fees for agents.The commissioner may adopt rules and regulations establishing reasonablefees necessary to accommodate the cost of issuing duplicate agents' licenses,certifications of individual agent qualifications or credentials to othersupervisory authoritiesand similar functions performed by the commissioner for the benefit of insuranceagents or companies or both.
