Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-249.   Policies to be issued within two years.If any insurance company organized under the laws of this state shallnot commence to issue policies within two years from the granting of itscharter, its corporate powers shall thereby expire and the district courtof the county in which the home office of such company is located may, uponpetition of the commissioner of insurance, or of any person interested,proceed to wind up its affairs.
