Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

40-296. Same; offer of insurance by one of group of affiliatedinsurors, effect.An offer of insurance by any one of a group of affiliated insurors shallconstitute compliance with this act on behalf of an insurance company andall of its affiliates: Provided, however, That the premium charged inthe affiliate company shall be at no higher rate than the then current ratecharged by the affiliate company for such classification.
