Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-297.   Same; group of affiliated insurors defined.The term "group of affiliated insurors" as used in K.S.A. 40-296 shall meantwo or more insurance companies which are undersubstantially the same management and/or financial control.
