Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-2,113.   Nonliability for information relating to adverse underwriting decision.There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against any insurer, its authorized representative, itsagents, its employees, or any firm, person, health care provider, hospitalor corporation furnishing to the insurer information as to reasons for anyadverse underwriting decision, for any statement made by any of them inany written notice of any adverse underwriting decision, for the providingof information pertainingthereto, or for statements made or evidence submitted at any hearingsconducted in connection therewith, if such information was provided in goodfaith and without malice.
