Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

      40-2211.   Workmen's compensation; insolvency of insured.Every policy issued by any insurance corporation, association ororganization to assure the payment of compensation under the workmen'scompensation act, shall contain a provision to the effect that theinsurance carrier shall not be relieved from the payment of compensationfor injuries, or death sustained by injuries, if the insured becomesinsolvent or is discharged in bankruptcy during the period that the policyis in operation, and the compensation, or any part of it, is due andunpaid.
