Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

40-2224. Same; disclosure to purchaser required.Any person whoadvertises, sells, transacts or administers coverage in this state describedin K.S.A. 40-2222, shall, if that coverage is not fully insuredby an insurer authorized to transact insurance business in this state, adviseany purchaser, prospective purchaser and covered person of such lack ofinsurance or other coverage.
